Dr. Rowe is Out-of-Network for all insurance plans, including Medicare. However, if you have insurance with Out-of-Network benefits, our office will help you file these benefits. If you need testing, like MRI, CT, Sleep Studies, or EMG/EEG, this can be done at In-Network locations. This strategy leads to maximum efficiency and lowest cost for those patients with high deductible insurance plans.
Because Dr. Rowe is not employed by any hospital or insurance company, he now works only for you, the patient, in an independent outpatient Neurology practice. He takes into account all of your symptoms and history, and he spends as much time as it takes for a comprehensive Neurologic evaluation. With his expertise in multiple sub-specialties of Neurology, he shares with you all testing results, and goes over MRI’s with you.
A correct diagnosis can be truly life-changing. Dr. Rowe provides an in-depth, comprehensive, and compassionate evaluation. And because of his extensive experience and reputation in Basic and Clinical Research, Dr. Rowe can offer appropriate patients Clinical Trial participation in the latest, FDA-supervised treatment trials, when standard therapies fail, in MS, Sleep Disorders, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Headache.

1-hour initial consultation $650
½-hour followup consultation $325
A $200 non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time an appointment is scheduled. The balance due will be collected the day of the appointment.
